GIVEN BACK
When six-year-old Lily disappears from a quiet park, Sarah and Daniel are left with the kind of grief that changes everything.
Days become weeks. Hope gives way to desperation. Then, beneath an ordinary tree, Sarah finds a stranger who offers her the one thing she would give anything to have.
    Her daughter.
    But nothing is given freely.
Lily comes home exactly as Sarah remembers her. She looks the same. She speaks the same. She knows the same things.
At first, Sarah believes she has been given a miracle.
Then the memories begin to disappear.
Names are forgotten. Moments vanish. Photographs change. And slowly, Sarah begins to realise that whatever came home with her daughter may not be the thing she lost.
Because some things that are taken can be returned.
But they are never truly given back.
