The Forsworn Crown

The Forsworn Crown.
“A promise is only glass that has not yet fallen.”
The Oathglass Chronicles, Book One.
The king is dead, and he died a liar. In the kingdom of Marrowmere, every promise is sealed in black glass,
and every broken promise cracks the oathbreaker from the inside out. When King Aldous Vael is found
shattered beneath his buttoned collar, the oath that binds seven rival Houses to the throne dies with his honor.
Prince Caul is sworn never to take a life. The queen is hiding something. And Princess Ilesa—the only soul at
court who has never sworn a single word—holds a shard of glass that is humming a promise she never made.
