Ten years ago, on Halloween night, six teenagers dared twelve-year-old Tommy Reed to spend one hour in the basement of Blackwood State Hospital.

Tommy never came out. They buried what was left of him in the woods and swore they'd never speak of it again. Never.
Tonight is the tenth anniversary. And Blackwood is calling them home.
One is taken from his own house the night before Halloween. The other five feel the pull on Halloween night — a hook in the chest, dragging them back to the abandoned hospital after the party. The building won't let them leave.
Down in the basement, a man is waiting. He wears the stitched face of the boy they buried. He knows exactly what each of them did — and he has a workshop, a fillet knife, and all the time in the world.
Down there, it's always dark. No light. That's the rule.
