THE PAST LOVE LETTER

My name is Muskaan, and I am a young writer and law student from Delhi. I am writing to submit my completed novel, The Past Loveletter, for your consideration and to enquire about the possibility of publishing it through Notion Press.
The Past Loveletter is an emotional mystery built around an old, unfinished diary. The story begins when Hayaat, a young girl trying to uncover the truth behind the rumours surrounding her new home, discovers a diary written by Imaan nearly twenty-five years ago.
What begins as simple curiosity slowly turns into a journey through Imaan’s memories—her family, love, heartbreak, hopes and the unanswered questions surrounding her life. As Hayaat reads the diary, she becomes emotionally connected to a girl she has never met and eventually begins searching for her.
But the diary is incomplete.
The story gradually unfolds into a mystery surrounding Imaan, Haris, their families, and a past that was never truly buried. As Hayaat follows the remaining clues, she discovers that the story she was trying to understand is much closer to her own life than she could have imagined.
The novel combines romance, family emotions, mystery, loss, secrets and the idea of an unread story finding its reader years later.
