Synopsis
A girl is found murdered under mysterious circumstances on a deserted staircase in a college library. When Crime Branch Inspector Vikram arrives to investigate the case, Ananthu—an ordinary student and friend of the victim—shares a few clues out of fear. A 'Red Diary' obtained from the girl and an old security guard alters the course of the investigation.
The diary contains shocking details of illegal human trials and human trafficking conducted using students under the guise of the college. As the investigation moves forward, college management trustee Varghese and ACP Madhavan destroy the evidence, framing Vikram and Ananthu in false cases and forcing them into hiding.
