Mark Andrew Bishop is a young firebrand and influencer from Oklahoma who leads a double life as “Bingo the Naughty Dawg,” a growling vigilante in a dog mask who terrorizes and humiliates his enemies while defending the community and the “Oklahoma Standard.” Unfortunately, his double life collides with chaos when extremist saboteurs torch a beloved barbecue restaurant and leaves its owner in a coma.
