As a hospitality consultant with over 25 years of combined experience in hotel operations, team development, and performance coaching, I am passionate about helping organizations transform their service culture from the inside out.
My journey began in the vibrant heart of New York City, where the pace was fast, expectations were high, and service was everything. Over the years, I honed my expertise at renowned Hilton, Marriott, and private resort properties, leading teams to deliver championship-level guest experiences. My unique approach blends insights from professional sports coaching – where preparation and anticipation are key – with the art of hospitality, where every detail matters and every guest interaction is an opportunity to excel.
What sets me apart as a consultant is my unwavering focus on people. I believe that high-performing teams are built on trust, accountability, and a shared vision for excellence. Through tailored training programs, hands-on workshops, and continuous mentorship, I empower staff and leaders alike to anticipate needs, exceed expectations, and create memorable moments for every guest.
