It behooves the Republic to obviate local intermediaries and deliver a synchronized national project as one nation, with transparency through a monthly government progress report—and to create our own national televised program, just like a teleserye, tenable in raising awareness of its efficacy. Such a mechanism shall be the linchpin of public trust; ergo, it will streamline and circumscribe bureaucratic circumlocutions and prevent peculation that has wantonly and inexorably wasted our resources by iniquitous patrons, down to pilferers who filch and usurp.

Goodwill for change must arise from assiduous volition to forestall bureaucratic tergiversations, excise pettifogging circumlocutions, and expurgate systemic peculations; ipso facto, we must eradicate demagogues who circumscribe our prerogatives, subvert our aspirations—pervert our institutions.
