As an independent book publisher, Dark Academia: The Exam started as a single question I couldn’t stop thinking about: what happens when the institution you trusted was never really what it said it was?
Five students. Seven days. One examination held in the locked rooms of England’s most elite university. A midnight letter sealed in black wax. A missing mother. A forty-year secret.
And a final question with only one acceptable answer.
It’s now available to read right here on Written. If you’ve ever loved The Secret History, If We Were Villains, or The Atlas Six — this one is for you.
