They’d been lied to — all their life, everything they’d been taught had been a lie. The lies weren’t just about their world — they’d been lied to about who they were. In a totalitarian society breeding a compliant, genetically-engineered population, Denzin, 'Natural' — therefore dangerous — and his 'designed' friend Chimma must find his family before they can even think about freeing them. In doing so they step into their destiny, whether they want to or not.
